Purpose

Confirming the request (confirmation email), sending the newsletter, handling preference changes and opt-outs, and confirming consent

Retention

Until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. The opt-out record and consent history are kept separately for three years afterwards to prevent re-mailing and to handle disputes.

You have the right to refuse. Without this consent you cannot subscribe to the newsletter; other services such as consultation inquiries and bookings are not affected.
